West Michigan Symphony Presents a brown bag lunch and conversation about A Study of Contrasts. Bring your own lunch and enjoy an hour of lively discussion with Music Director Scott Speck and Jonathan Holden, WMS principal clarinet.

Those who have tickets to attend the associated masterworks concert on Friday, May 20 will get a primer to the works that will be presented and for those who don’t, tickets will be available to purchase.

Sample of the repertoire will be played and discussed, including:
Tchaikovsky’s Symphony no.5
• Gershwin’s Concerto in F

This is a free event. Doors open at 11:45 am to give you time to mingle and take your seats.

Coffee and water provided. Food available for purchase at area restaurants such as Subway (next door) and Rebel Pies (downstairs in the back of Unruly Brewing).
